Elbert's b-day was last week, so on Sunday we had a big family dinner at my Parent's house. My dad made ribs and I made baked beans and Barefoot Contessa french potato salad. For dessert, I decided to make a peach crisp. I made the Barefoot Contessa recipe for Peach and Raspberry Crisp, but without the raspberries. It was so yummy. The peaches are a little bit orangy from the zest. The topping is great because of the oatmeal. This is another Barefoot Contessa recipe that I will make over and over.
